In a video captured during Kirinyaga Governor, Anne Waiguru's traditional wedding, opposition leader, Raila Odinga is seen receiving Waiguru's to be husband, Waiganjo Kamau.
Women dance as they usher him to Kiamugumo Primary School, where the big wedding is currently taking place.
Raila and Waiganjo are seen shaking hands as they dance to the song the bridesmaids are chanting.
The Kirinyaga Governor is still expected to make an appearance for the big day.
Waiganjo and her bride are expected to seal their union among 2,000 guests, who will be witnesses during the occasion.
Raila arrived while in the company of Siaya Senator James Orengo and Narok Senator Ledama ole Kina.
Other prominent leaders who graced the occasion are; President Uhuru Kenyatta, Education CS Amina Mohamed, Murang'a Woman Representative Sabina Chege, University of Nairobi Students Association (UNSA) Chairperson Anne Mwangi Mvurya.
Others are; Public Service CAS Rachel Shebesh, Nairobi politician Beatrice Elachi and Gender Commission member Priscilla Nyokabi.
