Jeff Koinange Gushes Over Fan's Gift Throughout Citizen TV News Bulletin [VIDEO]

It seems Citizen TV anchor Jeff Koinange finally got a gift befitting his stature and gushed over it throughout the station's prime time news on Wednesday, September 25.

The gift was a handmade rag creatively designed with Koinange's JKLive show's brand colours and the words, 'Citizen' and 'JKLive'.

It was special enough to open the presenter's show and was designed by one of his fans, Angela Nduku, who tracked him down and handed it to him in person.

"Welcome to Citizen TV and this is Jeff Koinange Live. This rag here made by one Angela Nduku who looked for me, found me and gave me this rag and said, 'this belongs to you'.

"Thank you, Angela Nduku," Koinange opened his news bulletin while pointing at the rag.

Before the bulletin went to its first break, the celebrated anchor also praised the rag and still had some kind words for Nduku after he returned on air.

He stepped on it, lied on it and at some point even smelt it.

"What a beautiful rag this is, my goodness... This was donated to me by this woman who came all the way to East Africa Got Talent at the Catholic University of East Africa and handed it to me," he continued.

The revered anchor also hosted two women leaders, Fatuma Gedi (Wajir Woman Rep) and Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga, who sharply contradicted on Jubilee's nomination of Mariga and the rise of splinter groups within Jubilee.

Gedi is aligned to Team Embrace, a woman group supporting the handshake and President Uhuru Kenyatta while Omanga is aligned to Deputy President William Ruto and supports Punguza Mizigo. Both women are Jubilee leaders.
