A nasty spat ensued online between digital strategist Dennis Itumbi and renown city lawyer Donald Kipkorir alias DBK on Saturday, October 19.
The argument started when Itumbi advised a radio station that had apparently been sued by the lawyer on behalf of his client, not to take the lawsuit seriously calling DBK a slay queen lawyer.
"Ignore any slay queen lawyer. she shouts but does not know how to bite. She has served me those letters before threatening a defamation suit. I told her to go ahead, I am still waiting almost two years later!," Itumbi wrote on twitter
Kipkorir, who felt attacked by Itumbi's statement, fired back at the blogger.
"Let this message reach Dennis Itumbi. He can troll and abuse me every day, but he should know the following: He has blood on his hands. He’ll never be an employer. He’ll always live on political handouts. He will end up in prison or worse!" the lawyer angrily responded.
Kipkorir had also found himself in similar online confrontation with Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen who had tried to advise DBK's client to drop the suit against the said radio station.
DBK sent another fiery response to the senator that turned to be the beginning of trolls directed towards Kipkorir over the use of his client's photos.
"My senator, let's have professional respect and if my client thought you are a better lawyer than me, he would have come to you. Let’s operate on our different lanes!," DBK responded to Murkomen.
Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi found himself dragged into the mud as the warring factions threw jabs left, right and centre.
