Jonathan Moi's widows on Tuesday, November 26, agreed on a deal regarding how his wealth would be distributed among the three.
A report published by the Daily Nation stated that the three widows - Beatrice Mbuli Kipkemboi Moi, Sylvia Jonathan Moi, and Faith Milkah Nyambura Mburu had all settled on including all of Jonathan's children as beneficiaries of his estate.
Appearing before Justice Aggrey Muchelule, the widows through their lawyers, signed a consent which would guarantee that all their children, as well as another son only identified as Collins Moi, were beneficiaries of their father's estate.
The three women made it clear that they had come into a consensus regarding the matter, having decided to settle the entire property row amicably.
Justice Muchelule lauded their efforts and urged them to include the entire family in the dialogues, before asking them to agree on who among them would be the administrator of the estate.
Jonathan's first wife, Sylvia had been granted temporary orders to administer the estate by the High Court in October 2019, limited to paying bills and preserving her late husband's estate.
Her claim that the value of Jonathan's estate stood at Ksh 30 million, was what initially led to a heated dispute among the three widows.
Jonathan Moi died on April 20, 2019, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
