A video of a drunk taxi driver having a confrontation with a passenger has gone viral on social media pages.
The passenger, who records the video, asks the driver if he is drunk but he refutes the claims, stating that he is just a bit sleepy.
After a back and forth over whether the driver is sleepy or drunk between the two, the passenger threatens to report him to the taxi organisation.

Even so, the driver does not seem moved and asks the passenger to make true his threats.
Angered by the outcome, the passenger snatches the driver's keys, who in turn begs to have them back.
The video, that has since gone viral on social media platforms, has sparked a debate among netizens.
While some say it was wrong for the driver to be driving while drunk, others say that it was also wrong for the passenger to have treated him in the way he did.
"The way you solved the issue is not mature, you would have reported him to the police instead of treating him like a kid and parading him online," Mugambi stated.
"You had the option of cancelling the ride and finding your way home in peace," Khalid weighed in.
"Why make small matters big, give the guy his keys and get another taxi. That's why there's a cancel button on the selection," Emihills wondered.
"People who are saying you could just have cancelled the trip are idiots. Even when we are going through something, we don’t necessarily show up for work drunk. Drunk drivers endanger not just their own lives but their passengers, pedestrians, other drivers and road users' lives," another commented.
"He may or may not have been wrong taking the car keys...but for sure it prevented the drunk driver from continuing to put his life and those of others in harm's way," Oliver stated.
According to the National Transport and Safety Authority, more road crash casualties have been reported in 2020 compared to 2019.
595 people had lost their lives by March 4, 2020, compared to 546 who died by the same date in 2019.
Additionally, pedestrians are still the most vulnerable with 249 having lost their lives compared to 200 who died in 2019.
Further, the authority stated that there were 23 fewer pedestrians who died from January 1, 2020, to March 4, 2020, compared to those who died in the period between January 1, 2019, to March 4, 2019.
On the other hand, the authority stated that 117 drivers died from January to March 2019 while those who died the same period of time in 2020 were 94.
