“The Deputy governor was actually in City Mall on the morning of March 18, but he did not enter our establishment. We are the anchor tenant in the mall and most often it is assumed that when a VIP is spotted in the mall, they are coming to our place. In this instance that is not the case”, she stated.

Screenshots of conversations doing rounds online claim that he was at Cafesserie and even mingled with other clients for a few hours before leaving for his home.

In addition to this we are also enforcing strict measures as guided by the Ministry of Health as we are just doing take-aways, with no clients eating in the restaurant”, she disclosed.
