Classic 105 presenter Terry Muikamba has quit the Radio Africa-owned station.

Muikamba, who has been hosting the Overdrive show alongside Mike Mondo, announced the news to her fans on her social media pages on Wednesday, December 9.

She expressed her gratitude to her co-host saying that he had supported her throughout her journey.

"I will miss saying ”Mike stop it” Thank you Mike and viva," she said.

Muikamba recently started a new live show dubbed Mega Deals at the Kenya Television Network (KTN).

The show, which began on December 2, 2020, will be aired live every Wednesday at 8 pm and aims at providing enticing offers for different products that the audience gets to walk away with.

"I have been telling myself, do it afraid, every day. TV was never in my plan but here we are," reads her post on Instagram.

Muikamba's media journey began in 2012 when she hosted a radio show at Family Radio, previously known as Radio 316.

This prompted her to join Homeboyz Academy to refine her radio skills and after the two-year stint, she returned to law school.

She would get her degree and join Royal Media Services (RMS) in 2016, where she hosted the Morning Drive alongside Willis Raburu at Hot 96.

One year later, the radio star jumped ship to Classic 105 where she has been working for three years.
