In the season finale, the lead actress, Yasmin Said alias Maria and actor Brian Ogana known as Luwi, are expected to exchange their vows in a highly anticipated episode.

"As Luwi and Maria take that bold step, just a word of encouragement “Parenthood is a journey except, you will just be traveling from one room to the other putting away the same toys all day long," Lulu teased.

Maria show was rated as the most-watched in the country by various poll firms which helped Citizen TV maintain the slot as Kenya's top television station.

A new show, Zora, which is also produced by Jiffy Pictures, is expected to take Maria's slot.

The new show which stars former Tahidi High actress, Sarah Hassan will be aired from Monday to Friday from 7:30 pm to 8 pm.

In a previous interview, Lulu told Kenyans.co.ke that she and her husband, Rashid Abdalla, took a risk with Maria which they admitted had paid off.
