The Global Trade Centre (GTC) officially opened in late 2021, becoming the latest office tower in Nairobi’s Westlands and adding some colour to the fast-changing skyline of the Kenyan capital city.
President Uhuru Kenyatta opened the 184m-tall GTC Tower on December 23, 2021 to service local and multi-nation companies.
The Ksh40 billion mixed-use property, whose construction began in July 2015 has now revealed the great features inside the building.
According to Chinese firm Avic, Nairobi GTC Tower is equipped with high quality 3A to 3A – Plus offices that offer great mystic modern contemporary architecture to clients.
GTC is also furnished with a 360-degree lighting system that covers from the floors to ceiling height.
While low-e coated glass technology for lighting and temperature balance is providing offices with a comfortable ambience at all times.
At the same time, the building boasts of twelve ultra-high-speed lifts that ferries people from zero meters at the basement to the 184-meter point, at the top of the roof.
