A Jubilee Member of Parliament has revealed that he will be giving Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama a goat.
Bahati Legislator Kimani Ngunjiri stated that he would take the animal to Muthama as a 'peace offering' after they were recently arrested over hate speech.
“I will take a goat to Senator Muthama as a peace offering,” Ngunjiri confirmed.
The legislator was speaking after CORD leader Raila Odinga hosted Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and 7 other legislators for lunch at K'Osewe Ranalo restaurant.
Ngunjiri vowed to preach peace and explained that Mr Odinga encouraged them to do so.
The 'lunch date' was intended to show that Mr Odinga had 'unconditionally' forgiven the Gatundu MP for calling for the Opposition leader's 'assassination'.
