Three robbers mysteriously got stuck in a depot in Kakamega County on Monday as they attempted to make away with bottles of beer.
The thugs were said to have successfully looted Ingoho sellers beer depot but upon going back to steal the second time, failed to leave with we their loot.
Residents of Khayega bayed for the blood of the robbers saying they should be left in the hands of the locals and not taken to the police.
“We know they will be released by the police... they should be left in our hands so that we deal with them,” said one of the angry residents.
The suspects were taken to Kakamega Police Station for questioning.
