Prominent Bishop and real estate mogul Kariuki Ngari, popularly known as Gakuyo, on Monday morning, is alleged to have compared ODM leader Raila Odinga to the devil.
Speaking in an interview at Kameme FM in the morning, Bishop Kariuki claimed that he doesn't listen to Odinga the same way he wouldn't listen to the devil.
The Gakuyo Real Estate owner is said to have gone ahead and called for the church to be used in rescuing Luo Nyanza from Railaism.
"I don't listen to Raila Odinga same way I don't listen to the devil.
“The church must be used to bring down Raila and rescue Luo Nyanza from Railaism. If you find Raila in heaven you should know you are not in heaven," the bishop said during the show.
The clergyman also blamed the former Prime Minister for the corruption that has been experienced in ODM counties.
Mr Kariuki is eyeing to be the next Kiambu Governor and will be going head-to-head with Kabete Member of Parliament (MP) Ferdinand Waititu and the incumbent Governor William Kabogo for the Jubilee Party ticket.
Gakuyo has already been endorsed by over 600 clergymen and Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko for the Kiambu Governor's seat.
