Brothers Killed, Bodies Dumped at Police Station

Two brothers were brutally murdered in Mathare, Kajiado County, hours after they were cuffed and taken away from their mother's house.

Eric Kamau 24 and Sammy Njenga 22, were discovered with multiple stab wounds at Ngong Police Station and later taken to the City Mortuary in Nairobi.

According to their mother, Jane Wangui, her sons were picked by men whom she thought were police officers only to receive news on Saturday morning that they had been murdered.

“We all rushed to the police station and confirmed they had been killed. They had knife stab wounds all over their bodies and the police took them to City Mortuary,” Wangui said.

Ngong police, however, denied claims that they had arrested the duo despite the mother claiming that a senior officer had threatened to arrest them two days earlier.

This comes barely a week after two bodies were found in Ngong, Kerarapon Forest, viciously mutilated by hyenas.

The two men, Peter Kabogo 21, and another only identified as Mutua, had been locked up at Ngong Police Station three days before the incident.

Police however, said that the victims had been released that day therefore clearing them of any implicatIons.

Ngong residents claimed that the number of people who disappear or are discovered dead after arrests had increased in the area.
