A 10-year-old boy from Finland was rewarded Sh1 Million by Facebook for detecting a fault with Facebook's photo-sharing application, Instagram.
The boy identified only as Jani discovered a way to go into Instagram's servers and delete texts posted by users.
Jani who learnt how to unearth the bug by simply watching Youtube Videos sent an email to Instagram informing them of the fault.
"I would have been able to eliminate anyone, even Justin Bieber, comments from there," Jani was quoted by Iltalehti
Instagram immediately responded after the alert and fixed the error, awarding Jani Sh1 Million as per Facebook's bug bounty programme.
According to international media reports, the Finish boy stated that he was planning to buy a bicycle and football with the money.
