Gor's Stellar Perfomance Despite Two Day Training Boycott

Gor Mahia players continued to show off their prowess after beating Ushuru 2-0 at Nyayo National Stadium on Sunday, making it their eighth unbeaten match.

Their perfomance was in no way diminished by the fact that they had not been in training for two consecutive sessions prior to the match.

The boycott was as a result of unpaid arrears. However after a discussion with the managers the club management promised to settle their arrears this week.

Goals from Michael Olunga and Meddie Kagere gave Kogallo three points.  They currently top the league.

Gor's coach Frank Nuttall lauded the players saying they have never been in better form. He expressed hope of better results in their upcoming matches.

Ushuru's defeat is their third loss in the season.
