Journalist Arrested Over Governor's Daughter Story

The arrest of a Journalist accused of exposing Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua's daughter in bad light has sparked an online flame with Kenyans demanding his release.

Nakuru blogger Elijah Kinyanjui was apprehended by CID officers for writing an article highlighting the 'reckless' life Brenda Mutanu.

In the article, Kinyanjui posted photos of the Governor's daughter partying while smoking shisha and indulging in alcohol.
