The Jubilee Party on Wednesday announced that its disputes resolution tribunal would start listening to party disputes from Thursday morning.
The Secretariat while addressing the media on Wednesday stated that they had received complaints from a huge of aspirants across the country and would start addressing them on Thursday, April 27th.
The Tribunal Vice- Chair urged all aspirants who have complaints to forward their appeals to the tribunal and wait for three days before a ruling is made.
"We call on aspirants to forward their cases to the tribunal for due process to ensure we all go home happy, the committee will rule on hearings within three days," the tribunal vice-chair stated.
He further explained that all aspirants with complaints are required to fill a form from Jubilee's website and submit it at the headquarters with a Sh1,000 filing fee.
Jubilee National Elections Board Chairperson Andrew Musangi on his part indicated that all legitimate winners in the ongoing party primaries will get the official documents at the party headquarters apart from unopposed Members of County Assembly (MCAs) who would get their certificates from the various County Headquarters.
He explained that the certificates would be processed after all requirements are brought to the party headquarters by election officials at all grassroots.
The announcement by Jubilee party comes only a few hours after a number of politicians lost in the nominations citing massive irregularities in the primaries.
Some of the leaders who have launched complaints include Kiambu Governor William Kabogo and Nairobi Gubernatorial aspirant Peter Kenneth.
