A man has been charged with attempt to take his own life at Milimani Law Courts.
The suspect, Geoffrey Juma was accused of illegally entering Nairobi Air force Aerodrome grounds,with the intent to commit suicide.
The grounds are a restricted airport space, dedicated to Kenya Air Force operations.
The suspect pleaded guilty to the charges, citing hardships as his reason for wanting to end his life.
He further explained that he was frustrated by both the fact that he is jobless and that his wife abandoned him.
