Mishi Mboko Gave Me Sh48 Million Bribe to Drop out Of Likoni Parliamentary Race - ODM Chairman Hamisi Domoko Claims

ODM Chairman in Likoni Hamisi Domoko, has claimed that Mombasa women representative Mishi Mboko, a close ally of Governor Hassan Joho, offered him Sh48 Million to drop his quest for the Likono Parliamentary seat in her favour.

Speaking during a public forum, Domoko alleged that he turned down the offer since the money was stolen adding that he wanted to bring change to the leadership of Likono.

“It’s true they come with this huge money to my home at around 8 pm. It was sh 16 million in the first batch and 48 million the second time, I sent them back telling them this money belongs to Likoni residents,” the ODM chairman was quoted by Baraka FM.

Mr Domoko urged Mboko to prepare so that they can meet at the ballot box instead of employing dubious means to have him out of the race.

However, Mboko denied the claims stating that she was ready to meet anyone and does not fear any aspirant.

“Who and when? I am not scared of any aspirant, how can I fear just an aspirant… I am ready to face him,” Mboko said.

The Mombasa Women Rep announced in 2016 that she would be vying as Likoni MP during the August 8 General Election.
