Moyale MP Roba Duba was on Sunday night involved in a road accident along the Nyeri-Marua road at about 9:30 pm leaving two passengers dead.
Duba's car was involved in a head-on collision with a motorbike which had two passengers that died on the spot.
The rider of the motorbike sustained serious injuries and is admitted at Tumutumu mission hospital, Karatina, in critical condition.
The MP, bodyguard and the driver escaped unhurt in the accident.
According to Central Regional police commander Larry Kiyeng, the legislator's car hit the boda-boda rider after overtaking at a blind corner.
Mr Kiyeng stated that police were probing the MP on the night accident.
