MP Elijah Lagat Claims their Moles in Jubilee leaking Secret Information to CORD

Anxiety has gripped the Jubilee Party after concerns emerged that some members of the ruling coalition are leaking sensitive information to the Opposition.

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke on Friday, Chemusei Member of Parliament (MP) Elijah Lagat stated that, “there some people in Jubilee who have been spying on the party and leaking information to CORD and they're not loyal members of the party.”

The MP said that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto should eject the spies from Jubilee before it's too late.

The legislator also told the Jubilee Secretariat to immediately compile a list of all members who are not loyal and trustworthy to the party so that they be shown the door.

He further warned that people should not take lightly former TNA secretary General Onyango Oloo, who ditched Jubilee for ODM after he claimed to have secrets of the ruling coalition.

After decamping to the Orange party, Mr Oloo divulged that he had intelligence on Jubilee which he would use to help ODM leader Raila Odinga defeat Kenyatta in the August 8 Election.

On Thursday, Devolution Cabinet Secretary (CS) Mwangi Kiunjuri claimed Oloo left the party after he realised he was facing corruption allegations.

According to Kiunjuri, investigations against the SG were almost complete and his file would be forwarded to the relevant authorities for appropriate action.

“I want to remind Oloo that he has forgotten one file, a secret file that I have on him. He knows the mess he created. He (Oloo) can run but he is not going to hide. Already, he should be reminded his last workstation fell under my Ministry,” Mr Kiunjuri affirmed.
