MP Ken Obura Attacked by Youth In Kisumu

Kisumu Central MP Ken Obura was on Wednesday attacked at Kondele, Kisumu County by rowdy youth who claimed he had been supporting Jubilee.

Mr Obura was on a voter registration drive when he encountered the youth who stoned his car and forced him to flee the scene.

The locals also claimed the MP had been absent during ODM rallies, adding that he had been working secretly with Jubilee.

Mr Obura was in the company of boda-boda riders donned in jackets bearing his portrait.

However, after the turn of events, the riders immediately removed the jackets fearing the staunch ODM supporters would descend on them.

The legislator has in the past claimed that he did not see anything wrong working with Jubilee.
