Mutahi Ngunyi Accuses Raila's Team of Faking His 2017 Prediction

Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi on Monday raised an alarm over a post shared widely on social media in which he allegedly predicted the ultimate win of CORD leader Raila Odinga in the upcoming General Election.

The said post stated that according to Ngunyi, Mr Odinga would be the next President of Kenya as the Kikuyu community was not happy with the leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

"Raila Odinga will be the next president of Kenya come August 2017. And even president Uhuru Kenyatta knows. The house of Mumbi is not happy with his presidency - we politic as a team but when it comes to eating meat. The meat eaters are just a few. - Mutahi Ngunyi," the controversial post read.

However, Ngunyi rubbished the message noting that it was propaganda spearheaded by the former Prime Minister's staunch supporters.

"The message below is FAKE. It is part of RAILA propaganda. Raila is a SLOW-PUNCTURED politician who will NEVER become KING! #OdingaDynasty," Ngunyi tweeted.

This comes at a time when the political heat in the country is rising ahead of the much-awaited election.

The political scientist has more than once theorised of the downfall of Odinga in the upcoming Election.

In his latest hypothesis, Ngunyi noted that the other leaders in the National Super Alliance (NASA) stood no chance as Odinga will be the ultimate candidate.
