Three Kenyans were on Tuesday arrested together with a Somali refugee after they were allegedly caught travelling to Libya to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).
Said Ahmed Dabow, Adan Sheikh, Mohammed Abdi Mohamed and Abdiqani Abdishakur Shobay were apprehended in South Sudan while seeking facilitation to travel following an intensive operation between security agents across the East African region.
The Kenyan Government, however, worked closely with their relatives to facilitate their safe return to Kenya.
Meanwhile, police officers are searching for Nicholas Karanja Mwangi aka Said Mwangi and Dahir Mohammed Dahir who reportedly radicalise and recruit people to ISIS.
Dahir is said to work in collaboration with the infamous Magafe network to facilitate activities of terrorists and economic immigrants travelling to Libya.
The authorities have since placed a Sh4 million bounty on Mwangi and Dahir who are said to be armed and dangerous.
