These Students Will Join Invited Guests at Kasarani for Obama’s Speech

Some students from Chuka University, Meru County will be among those invited to hear President Barrack Obama address the nation in Kasarani.

According to Citizen Digital, 28 students will join other invited guests at the stadium for the address.

Chuka University Vice Chancellor Prof Erastus Njoka made a statement to the press on Tuesday to that effect.

Njoka said they had received a letter from US ambassador to Kenya Robert Godec, requesting names of 28 students who will be cleared to attend the event.

Among the guests will be Members of Parliament who have all, except one received invitations to attend.

Although the details of the event have yet to be divulged, the address is expected to be an invites only event.
