Uhuru's Photos with FBI Dance Crew Sparks Reactions

President Uhuru Kenyatta on Wednesday seemingly angered a section of Kenyans after posting photos of him performing one of the popular dance styles.

In the photos, Kenyatta was captured performing a dab while flanked by the award-winning FBI Dance Crew which had visited him at State House.

The group had paid a courtesy call to the Head of State accompanied by other artists including gospel musician Roy Mwatia popularly known as ‘Rufftone’ and radio presenter Daniel Githinji known as ‘Mbuusi’.

The meeting was meant to sensitise youth to continue registering as voters in preparation for the August 8 General Election.

A majority of those who commented on the photos seemed angered that President was having fun while the country was experiencing difficult times.

Most used the platform to highlight some of the challenges the country was facing including the devastating drought that has hit parts of the country and the ongoing doctors' strike.

Others complained that the Head of State had been spending much time concentrating on public relations exercises instead of tackling some of the urgent issues.

However, a section sided with President Kenyatta describing him as an outgoing Head of State who they would re-elect in the upcoming polls.
