A video has emerged online showing county officers harassing a woman on a wheelchair as members of the public watch.
In the recording, the askaris believed to be those of the Nairobi County Government are seen forcefully dragging the woman to a pick-up vehicle, as some seemingly enjoy the action.
The woman tries to scream and fights the more than five County officers who ruthlessly bundle her into the rear of the pick up.
The undated video further exposes the brutality of the officers who dismantle parts of her wheelchair even as some onlookers plead with them to set her free.

Last year, similar recordings were broadcast revealing how the County Askaris were attacking and injuring hawkers within the city.
This led to prosecution of four of the officers accused of stabbing and killing some hawkers.
