A man captured on camera stealing at an ATM has now been identified and is wanted by the police.
Rashid Mtawala Kalenga was seen in the video making withdrawals from an ATM using a stolen debit card.
According to the police, the 21-year-old suspect is part of city gang that had earlier attacked and robbed a man of his cell phone and a debit card.
It is said that the stolen debit card had been reported by the time Kalanga went to withdraw money.
Police divulged that the gang managed to withdraw Sh30,000 from an ATM at Upper Hill belonging to the Commercial Bank of Africa.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations in Nairobi has asked the public to offer information that would help arrest Kalenga and his gang.
