Media personality Sheila Mwanyigha has revealed her reasons for rejecting three marriage proposals at different times.
She was speaking during an interview at Milele FM when the question about her love life popped up.
Mwanyigha disclosed that indeed she had been proposed on three separate occasions, propositions she rejected for different reasons.
“The first, I didn’t think he was the right person for me," she began.
The second proposal came at a really difficult time when her father had passed away. Her accepting the proposal meant that she had to move away from her family.
“The 2nd time my dad died and I wasn’t ready to leave Kenya and relocate to Europe. It was 6 months before the wedding," the former NTV presenter stated.
The third time she simply said 'no' as she felt that the person was not the right fit for her.
"You don’t marry a person you can live with, marry someone you can’t live without. I never want to settle. If you don’t love someone as much as they love you, you can’t marry that one person. You should marry someone you can’t live without,” she explained.
Mwanyigha confirmed that she was single adding that her type of man should be “God-fearing and loves his mother.”
She further disclosed that her secret to looking good after many years in the limelight was laughter.
