It was all wedding bells on Saturday after Citizen TV anchor Sam Gituku tied the knot to his colleague.
In an event attended by some of the biggest names in the media industry, Gituku wedded Ivy Waitherero, who works as a news director at the station.
Citizen TV journalists Waihiga Mwaura, Mac Otani and Joe Ageyo were some of the attendees who attended the event.
The location of the wedding was, however, unknown at the time of this writing.
According to her Facebook profile, Ivy graduated from Daystar University with a degree in Communication.
Sam Gituku has been a journalist at Citizen TV since November 2014.
His specialty is news coverage, research, and production. Political, Human Interest, and Crime with over 7 years experience.
He was awarded the Young journalist of the year award by the Media Council of Kenya in 2014.
