Amos Kipruto is a Marathon runner and bronze medalist. He is also the training partner to men's marathon world record holder, Eliud Kipchoge.
On October 2, 2022, Kipruto won the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) London Marathon title in his first appearance clocking 2:04:39.
At the race, Kipruto ran against men's marathon world record holder, Eliud Kipchoge.
The marathon runner is based at the Kaptagat training camp which has trained several champions on the track like Faith Kipyegon and Eliud Kipchoge.
Some of the notable races he has participated in include the 3000 meters race on April 29 in 2018 held in Klagenfurt finished in position one, the 10 kilometers race on March 7 in 2021 held in Berlin finished in position 11 and the Half Marathon on May 21 in 2022 held in Göteborg at position one.
Away from the track, Kipruto spends his days with his family and at the gym.
