Eric Omondi

Eric Omondi, is a comedian and event emcee.

He gained prominence in 2008 as one of the featured comedians on the Churchill Live TV show. 

His comedic talent has earned him awards, including being crowned Best Comedian in Africa and the African King of Comedy at the Africa Entertainment Awards in New York. 

In 2023, Omondi started becoming more vocal about political leadership, gaining recognition for his advocacy on the high cost of living. 

This led him to spearhead numerous protests in Nairobi, amplifying his impact beyond the realm of entertainment.

Beyond entertainment and political advocacy, Omondi has made significant contributions to charitable causes. 

He has organised online harambees, successfully alleviating financial struggles for needy Kenyans. 

The positive outcomes of these efforts include enabling beneficiaries to initiate businesses and obtain treatment for various illnesses, showcasing Omondi's commitment to making a difference in people's lives.

Omondi's educational journey began at Kondele Primary School, after which he proceeded to Kisumu Boys High School for his secondary education. 

He furthered his studies at Daystar University, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism.
