Russo holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from Moi University and Strathmore University.

Under Russo’s leadership, KCB recorded a Ksh45.8 billion profit after tax for the first nine months of 2024, driven by sustained revenue growth. This represents a 49 percent increase from the Ksh30.7 billion posted during the same period last year.
Revenues increased by 22 percent to Ksh142.9 billion, bolstered by funded and non-funded lines across the subsidiaries.
