Despite the intensity of anti-government protests cooling down in the past few weeks, Kenyans are still actively engaging in conversations about the need to hold their leaders accountable and build a better Kenya.
While the protests have caused significant pain across the country, they have also brought clarity to what Kenyans want to see changed in the Republic of Kenya.
This has fueled a sustained dialogue on accountability. In line with this push, Kenyans.co.ke has, over the past three weeks, hosted a podcast series featuring bright minds to discuss these pertinent issues. The goal being to have a candid conversation on how a roadmap towards a prosperous Kenya can be charted.
In the third installment of The Kenya We Want, our speakers including Esther Mwaniki, CEO of Lapid Leaders, activist Kasmuel McOure, Kinuthia Ndung'u, a community organizer at Kasarani Social Justice Centre, and our journalist Samuel Mwanawanjuguna focus on education.
While Kenya has achieved major milestones in this field, the country is not where it needs to be in terms of shaping budding talent to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
