President Ruto address
President William Ruto was scheduled to hold his second State of the Nation address on the afternoon of Thursday, November 21.
The address is taking place at the Parliament buildings where he will update the National Assembly and the Senate on the important matters of the country.
A state of the Nation is obligated by the 2010 Constitution that requires the president to update Parliament on key issues, among them national security.
Among the topics Ruto will address are Social Health Authority (SHA) rollout, the Affordable Housing project, teacher shortages, and agriculture among more topics.
