A Petrol Station and 58 vehicles have been placed on auction starting as low as Ksh180,000.
The Oxfuel Filling Station is located in the Kithimani area of Machakos County just 50 kilometres off the Thika Superhighway. It occupies a space of 0.10 Ha or 0.2471 Acres.
The fuel filling station is developed with ancillary buildings comprising of; a fore court having a canopy with pump islands under and off canopy, a double-storey station building with an annexed car wash, External ablution blocks, and other civil works.
These include a tank island, parking, drains, and oil interceptors. Mains electricity and water services are also connected to the property while foul drainage is to a septic tank.
Interested borders have been advised the auction will take place on Wednesday, March 5 from 11 am at the CPF House’s third floor along Haile Selassie Avenue in Nairobi.
In addition to this, there are also vehicles available for auction as advertised by a Nairobi company, Onyango and Tarus advocates.
The 58 vehicles are on auction starting as low as Ksh180,000 to Ksh5.19 million. The former is a Toyota Probox which can be viewed at Luwanza Yard in Emali while the latter is an Isuzu Ftr90 which can be viewed at Sunny Yard in Migori.
Several other vehicles with relatively low prices are available including a Mazda Premacy at Leakey’s Yard for Ksh200,000 and a Toyota Carina at Eazy Ruiru Yard for Ksh200,000.
Others include a Nissan Sunny going for Ksh224,000 at Integra Yard, a Nissan Advan at Naivasha Storage for Ksh252,000, a Mitsubishi Galant at Grey Post Yard for Ksh261,000 as well as a Toyota Mark II at Starstruck Yard for Ksh280,000.
Also not hitting the Ksh1 million mark are; a Honda Cr-V Rd6 going for Ksh615,000 at the Starstruck Yard in Meru and a Nissan Caravan at Starstruck Yard in Malindi going for Ksh575,000 and a Toyota Ractics at Cismara Yard in Narok for Ksh470,000.
Crossing the million mark are 17 vehicles which further include; a Toyota Landcruiser HZI at Eazy Ruiru Yard which is going for Ksh1.8 million and a Mitsubishi Canter Truck at Leakey’s Yard going for Ksh2,295,000.
Interested bidders have been informed that the auction will close at noon on February 18. Vehicles will be sold on a “as is where is” basis.
