The ministry asked interested applicants to submit their applications through an online form by June 18, 2025.

To be eligible, applicants must have an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), a copy of their passport biodata or Kenyan ID, and academic and professional certificates.

The ministry further explained that the Kenyan government has signed a major agreement with a staffing agency based in Jersey.

This partnership is aimed at increasing structured overseas job opportunities for Kenyans through a formal and safe process.

"Government of Kenya (GOK) has recently signed a landmark MOU with a Jersey-based staffing agency to expand labour mobility and create more structured overseas employment opportunities for Kenyans," it stated.

To prevent any exploitation of job seekers, the department added that the Diaspora Placement Agency (DPA) is the only authorised recruiter for these jobs; thus, no recruitment fees should be paid by applicants.

"The Diaspora Placement Agency is the sole authorised recruiter for these opportunities. No recruitment fees," it added.

Jersey is located in Northwestern Europe. It is the largest of the Channel Islands between England and France.
