After what happened to have been a heated debate, the KAA official finally accepts Sh2000 bribe and hands over the lady's passport.

The Kenya Airports Authority, in a tweet, acknowledged that the official in the video was their staff and promised to take action.

@RobertAlai @UKenyatta Jambo, thank you for highlighting this. We confirm that it is our staff & we are looking into the matter with the seriousness it deserves.

In the past, KAA officials have been accused of frustrating tourists where some staff were found guilty and fired.
