Three most-wanted con men in Nairobi re-surfaced at Karen and Hardy estate.
The gang, which operates as fake Nairobi County Inspectorate officers, returned to Hardy and Karen areas after a 3-year absence and swindled money out of some residents.
According to residents of the estates, the fake inspectors arrive with a battered car, fake badges, a driver and counterfeit inspection and notice forms which they use to "fine" you for various 'offences'.
The victims also stated that the gang operates all over Nairobi, changing locations after one or two days before anyone can catch up with their conning.
The Nairobi County authorities have tried to arrest the gang but they have not been successful.
