National Super Alliance (NASA) Leaders to Unveil Manifesto on Monday

National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders have collectively decided to unveil their manifesto in the run-up to the August General Election.

The coalition will launch the plan during a mega event on Monday to consolidate its supporters in readiness for the upcoming polls.

In what the leaders described as their development agenda for the country, the leaders will launch the manifesto to convince Kenyans on why they deserve to be voted for.

All the NASA principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula and Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto are expected to be in attendance during the event.

Odinga, who accused the Jubilee government of enhancing corruption and failing Kenyans, assured that his manifesto would improve the lives of all in the country.

Speaking in Meru on Saturday, he assured that they would not allow vote rigging in the upcoming elections since they would have agents in every polling station.

He blasted the government accusing it of promoting and participating in corruption citing the National Youth Service and Eurobond scandals.

His running mate, Kalonzo Musyoka reiterated Odinga’s sentiments and dismissed Jubilee’s allegations that the Opposition would reopen the International Criminal Court ICC cases against President Uhuru Kenyatta and deputy William Ruto.

Earlier in the week, Mudavadi launched his party’s (Amani National Congress) manifesto being the only leader in the coalition to have such a tangible plan once elected.
