Presidential aspirant Ekuru Aukot has stated that the United Nations should hold the next election following the decision of the Supreme Court to annul President Uhuru Kenyatta's win.
Speaking outside the Court in the presence of the National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders the Thirdway Alliance leader congratulated the court for the historic ruling.
"The current electoral management body must go for they are criminals who must be charged in a court of law. Our view is that the next general elections should be held by the United Nations," he stated.
Dr Aukot had earlier stated that he is not challenging the results declaring Uhuru the winner of August 8 elections.

Through his lawyer, Elias Mutuma, Dr Aukot told the Supreme Court on Monday that an audit of the election process established a number of recurrent anomalies in the entire electoral period.
He elaborated that he wanted the court to establish if the whole election process was clean.
The Supreme Court on Friday nullified President Kenyatta's re-election, ordering for a fresh presidential poll in 60 days.
The court stated that IEBC did not conduct free and fair elections but cleared Kenyatta of any malpractice.
They also stated that the irregularities experienced affected the final outcome of the election.
