Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria Sparks Anger After Attacking Raila Odinga

Gatundu South Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has sparked anger after attacking National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga.

Kuria on Saturday morning took to Facebook describing the presidential election that was ordered by the Supreme Court in 60 days as casting away demons

The lawmaker who is known for making controversial statements used harsh words to describe Odinga's presidential petition at the Supreme Court which seemingly angered the NASA supporters.

According to Kuria, the petition was like a demon which had been kicked out and was now attempting to come back.

“Even in the Bible it is not an easy task to cast away demons. They always come back kicking and screaming till they are finally exorcised and cast to the pigs. What happened on Friday at the Supreme Court was just that,” he stated.

Using the same analogy, he maintained that when the repeat presidential election happens, President Uhuru Kenyatta would still win.

“In 58 days we will kick it out for good and cast it to the pigs and cast the pigs to the sea. God is on our side,” added the MP.

The statement immediately sparked anger with netizens attacking him while others highlighted that the Jubilee administration would still lose in the polls.
