Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has requested Chief Justice David Maraga to give him a detailed judgement of the Supreme Court ruling that nullified the August 8th presidential election.
Through a post on his Facebook page, the controversial legislator alleged that Siaya Senator James Orengo had already been furnished with a detailed judgement by the 6-judge bench and requested to be given a copy of the same.
"Dear Justice David Maraga. I have nothing but profound respect for you. However, some things are simply incomprehensible. How comes the Supreme Court selectively gave the detailed judgment to James Orengo yesterday? Can I have a copy too?" he wrote.
His post elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans online:
The Supreme Court Judges are expected to make the full judgement of the Supreme Court ruling nullifying president Uhuru Kenyatta before Thursday, September 21.
While nullifying the presidential poll on September 1st, Justice Maraga announced that the full verdict would be availed to the public after 21 days.
