National Super Alliance (NASA) lawyer Otiende Amollo on Tuesday morning walked out of an NTV interview after indicating that he could not seat in the same panel with Kikuyu Member of Parliament Kimani Ichungwah.
Mr Amollo had threatened to storm out of the interview if Mr Ichungwah joined the panel.
According to the Senior Counsel, the Kikuyu legislator had posted a tweet which was ethnically offensive and as such he could not seat and debate such a man

"Good morning, first all I'm glad to discuss with my friend Kimani Wamatangi because even if we disagree on a lot of things but we disagree with civil language.
"I will not seat in a panel with Kimani Ichungwah because he sent a tweet that I find completely offensive. A tweet that suggests that it is okay to maim and kill luos. If he appears here I will walk out," the Rarieda MP stated.
Mr Ichungwah later appeared for the debate and true to his word, lawyer Amollo walked out of the panel.
The Kikuyu legislator, however, denied sending any ethnically offensive tweets adding that the account used to generate the message was a parody account.
"I have only one Twitter account, I never use the title "Honorable" anywhere in my name. The person who sent me the message was a Luo colleague.
"If there is a person you will not find with ethnic hate or ethnic profiling is Kimani Ichung'wah," the MP defended himself.
The fake account running under the name @HonIchungwa, which made the offensive post, has since been suspended by Twitter.
The debate continued with Mr Wamatangi and Ichungwah debating on police brutality and the ongoing anti-IEBC demos.
