The High Court has directed IEBC to deliver Forms 35A and 35B by Thursday 4pm in an election petition challenging the victory of Starehe MP Charles Njagua aka Jaguar in the August elections.
The petition was filed by former Starehe parliamentary candidate Steve Mbogo who claimed that Jubilee had rigged the election in favour of Jaguar.
Speaking to kenyans.co.ke, Mbogo's assistant confirmed the court's directive.
Mbogo stated that he had hard evidence to prove the Starehe Returning Officer selectively manipulated and deliberately distorted votes cast in the constituency.
He accused IEBC of inflating the votes cast in all six wards in Starehe Constituency thereby affecting the final results.
The politician claimed that several forms 35A were not signed in accordance with the Constitution and Election laws.

The businessman also alleged that police officers were used to lock his agents out of the tallying process.
He further claimed that the ballot boxes were already stuffed before the elections were held.
Mbogo, who was vying on an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) ticket, refused to concede defeat expressing confidence that he had won the election.
Jaguar was vying on a Jubilee Party ticket and garnered 61,262 votes against Mbogo’s 38,294 votes.
