The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has been accused of making some mistakes that might cost President Uhuru Kenyatta his win in case of a Supreme Court petition.
A report by Kura Yangu, Sauti Yangu civil group claimed that the electoral Commission might have announced the wrong results which could lead to questioning of Kenyatta's win
The report showed that IEBC got its figures wrong in the final declaration with the numbers of three candidates varying from the calculations the Group made from the 47 counties.
Instead of the 7,483,895 votes declared for President Kenyatta, the team added it up to 7,583,895 a 100,000 addition.
The civil group further stated that Ekuru Aukot and Abduba Dida's numbers were added by 100 and 10 votes to 21,333 and 14,107 respectively.

They further added that another mistake reportedly identified is the unexplained increase in the register after registration was closed.
The IEBC voter register is being questioned with allegations that it lacked a definitive number of registered voters.
Lastly, the civil group has fauled results from six constituencies claiming some of the Forms 34A (which is the result acknowledgment form from the polling station), were not received.
In the final declaration, IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati acknowledged that there was a difference of 273 votes in the tallies between the polling stations, the constituency and national tallying centre.
“Posting errors were noted in original Forms 34B against original Forms 34A, therefore, giving a variance of 273 votes,” Mr Chebukati stated.
