Homabay Woman Representative Gladys Wanga Dares Police to Kill Her

Homabay Woman representative Gladys Wanga on Friday dared the Police to kill her.

She stated this as she engaged with the officers who were barring her from getting into the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

The bold NASA politician challenged the Police to shoot her as she walked towards the airport to receive NASA leader Raila Odinga who had arrived from abroad.

"Kill me, shoot me, kill me. Why are you profiling us (ua mimi bwana), kill me today, kill us," she noted.

Here is the video:

She had unsuccessfully sought permission from the Police to enter the premises.

"I am an elected leader, elected by Kenyans. Why would I be stopped from getting in, Raila has arrived, why shouldn't we be allowed to get into the airport to welcome him as our leader, should we come on our knees," she stated.

Wanga's aides kept urging the officers to leave her alone as she majestically matched towards the enterance which was partially barricaded.

Earlier in the day, the Police were forced to lob teargas to disperse a section of National Super Alliance (NASA) supporters heading towards the airport.

The supporters reportedly blocked roads and lit bonfires making it difficult for vehicles to use Mombasa Highway.

The NASA leader landed at JKIA after a ten-day trip in the US, amid the scuffle that ensued between his supporters and the Police.
