Amani National Congress (ANC) Chairman Kelvin Lunani has revealed that the Jubilee Party is using Nominated MP Godfrey Osotsi to destabilise the party.
Mr Lunani on Thursday stated that Jubilee intends to make ANC weak so that Musalia Mudavadi does not stand a chance in the 2022 election.
He revealed that Osotsi was misusing privileges he was granted by the party to cause havoc in Parliament.

“The script has all the hallmarks of how Jubilee caused instability in United Democratic Forum (UDF) after the 2013 election because the so-called petitioners unlawfully prefer the Registrar of Political Parties rather than reporting any grievance to the internal dispute mechanism," stated Lunani.
The ANC chairman further accused Osotsi of subverting the party and panicking after an audit report by Parliament.
“Osotsi may have panicked after the decision of the National Executive Committee (NEC) and Parliamentary Group to audit election financial records, claims of financial and integrity impropriety and malpractices by some officials during the election period," he added.
ANC is facing tough times as on Monday, a number of members sought to oppose the appointment of Barrack Muluka as the party's secretary-general.
Mudavadi’s move to appoint Muluka caused a rift in the party after eight members filed two separate petitions before the Registrar of Political Parties Lucy Ndung’u seeking to quash Muluka’s appointment.
The first petition filed by Ibrahim Memba termed the appointment as 'gross violation of the party constitution.'
The second petition entailed seven members of the party led by Evans Nyaribo who argued that the party violated the Political Parties Act in replacing former Secretary-General who was Osotsi.
