Oburu Odinga, the elder brother of National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga, has dismissed talk that he met politicians from President Uhuru Kenyatta's camp to strike a secret deal.
It had been alleged that Dr Oburu was trying to negotiate a power-sharing deal with the Jubilee Government after the fresh Presidential election held in October.
The former nominated MP stated that he held no position in NASA thus would not engage in any discussion to push for a deal between the government and the Opposition.

“It is not true that President Uhuru Kenyatta sent anybody to me for the purported discussions,” stated the EALA representative.
He further threatened to sue those spreading false information about him.
This comes amidst reports that the former Prime Minister is set to unveil an Opposition Cabinet next week and form a parallel government.
Reports indicate that the NASA leader could name his cabinet on Monday next week at a rally in Kakamega County.
The former Prime Minister's Spokesman, Dennis Onyango, while speaking to the Standard, noted that there had been plans to have a rally in Kakamega but it was yet to be confirmed.
“What you hear about Kakamega is tentative. The final decision will be made by the NASA steering committee.
"What I know is that he (Raila) will be back in Nairobi tomorrow (today) and will attend the burial of Prof Calestous Juma in Busia over the weekend,” he stated.
