National Super Alliance (NASA) Principals on Monday moved to court to follow proceedings of electoral petitions affecting two of its leaders.
Opposition leader Raila Odinga led one group which went to Milimani Law courts to listen to the proceeding in a petition challenging the election of Embakasi East MP Babu Owino.
The case was filed by Francis Mureithi who argued that the election was not conducted in accordance with the law.

In the petition, Mr Mureithi submitted that the electoral process was marred by violence a claim that was corroborated by Returning Officer (RO) Nicholas Buttuk.
Buttuk, while making his submission in court last week, noted that he declared Babu Owino the winner under duress.
The RO stated that the former Student Leader and his supporters caused chaos at the constituency tallying center, making him misplace Form 35C which he needed to fill and hand to the victor.
Elsewhere in Machakos, Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his Amani National Congress (ANC) counterpart Musalia Mudavadi were also following proceedings on a petition filed by former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti.
In the petition, Wavinya argued that the re-election of Governor Alfred Mutua was not done in accordance with the law.
She claimed that Mutua's win was preceded by massive irregularities which led to the failure to sign forms 37A, 37B, and 37C, as required by law and wants a scrutiny of votes cast in the election.
